The HAAKE1 series rheometer uses different motor technologies to meet the different application requirements of three instruments. The RheoStress1 and RheoScope 1 rheometers use the most advanced drag cup motor technology to meet research requirements. The motor of RotoVisco1 viscometer adopts a mechanical motor, which can achieve precise rate control requirements for testing (100 preset shear rate tables can be selected).

Each model in the 1 series has multiple temperature control options, ranging from coaxial cylinders with liquid temperature control to parallel or conical plates with Peltier temperature control.

The framework of the 1 series rheometer is made of polymer composite materials to ensure high mechanical strength, high damping, rapid temperature equilibrium, and resistance to solvent corrosion.
TCL/Z
Liquid circulation temperature control is suitable for concentric cylinders and flat lower plate MP61, with medium temperature ranging from -20 to 200 ° C. An external temperature control cycler is required.
TCE/PC
Temperature control for electric heating of parallel plate and cone plate rotors (with cone heater attached), ranging from 30 ° C to 350 ° C. If a refrigeration cycle is added, the low temperature can reach -20 ° C
TCP/P
Peltier temperature control for parallel plate and cone plate rotors, with a temperature range of -40 ° C to 180 ° C. An external cooling unit or tap water is required.


Display and control unit
The display and control unit is used to manually control the lifting and setting gap of the test head. It can set pre selected shear rates and interfere with computer-controlled measurements. Color LCD online monitoring of rheological and instrument data, which can be displayed in graphs and tables. Complex measurement programs can be completed using "touch keys" without the need for a computer.
